Inspired by my professional colleague, Pamela Neumann, I have decided to start my first Blog about an exciting new chapter in my life. You see, Pam has just left this month to spend three years in Nicaragua with Food for the Hungry (see her blog at: nicapamela.blogspot.com ). My God! Isn't the most moving, admirable thing you have ever heard of! She is an incredible person, and you should read about her story.
My wife, Mary Lynne, and our young son Andrew James, are also about to start a new adventure, but more about that later...

Yes, Pam and I have the same layout. We independently started blogs and then one day I realized not only were we using the same blog service we also had similar layouts! Great minds think a like!
